Excellent

Attorney Liner got me my disability after being denied by Social Security. Attorney Liner and his entire staff are excellent, they truly are the Disability Warriors.

Very Helpful and Thorough

I was recently awarded a fully favorable decision for SSDI and SSI. Without Michael's help, I would have been lost. I had no idea what steps to take nor what questions to ask. Unparalleled Legal Services

Micheal took over my Social Security Disability case after the original firm I had hired made a complete and utter mess of my application and filing. Their mistakes led to my application being denied. Once I was notified of the denial I contacted Michael and he met with me at my home, reviewed my c...ase and explained to me exactly what had been done wrong and how it should be addressed. He gave me straight forward, factual information regarding my claim and answered all my questions as to how we should proceed. Once he took over the case it was just a matter of days before his staff was contacting me for information and they in turn were gathering the appropriate records that were needed for the appeal and to get things moving in the right direction. The associates on Michael's staff were very professional and courteous as well as expedient in everything they did for me. And if I had any questions either one of his staff members or Michael was always there to answer them. Things proceeded just as Michael had informed me they would and my hearing occurred within three weeks of when he stated it should be. Michael was with me at the hearing and handled everything other than the questions that the judge directed specifically to me. After the hearing he gave me his opinion of how the felt things had gone and a gave me a time frame as to when he felt we should hear something. Towards the end of that time frame we were notified that my application had been approved. Had it not been for Michael taking over my case and rectifying the problems that had been created by the previous law firm I would never have gotten my disability approved. Michael and his staff truly care about their clients and work diligently to get them the results they deserve. I would recommend Michael Liner and Liner Legal LLC to anyone that is filing a Social Security Disability claim or has been declined benefits and are going to appeal. Michael knows the law and truly works for his clients and that is hard to find in today's world. Thank your Michael.

Michael Liner! Excellent disability attorney!

Hello, I hired attorney Michael Liner and he did exactly what he said he would do, represent me with the process of disability. His manner and professionalism, and honesty are true. Its a difficult experience to go through alone, or with the wrong attorney. Hire him and you wont be disappointed. You... never feel degraded or judged even at the hardest times. He knows his business, just like we know our disabilities. I hope this helps anyone with doubts on who to hire. Good Luck

SSDI attorney

I would highly and only recommend Mr. Michael Liner as your disability attorney. I contacted his email on a Sunday afternoon after reading other recommendations hoping I would receive a phone call on Monday. I got a personal email from Mr. Liner within 10 minutes on Sunday afternoon setting up an a...ppointment for Monday afternoon. He took on my case 5 months ago May 2016. As of October 1, 2016 I am approved and receiving benefits. Mr. Liner was on top of this case from day one. He and his staff kept me informed throughout the whole process. He reviewed all correspondence sent to SSDI to make sure all was correct. You will not find a better disability attorney in the northeast Ohio area. There is no need to call anyone else, He knows what he is doing !! I am a true client of Mr. Michael Liner.
