Michael Ariel Liner

I got his number from a counselor, and was highly recommended. I have severe agoraphobia amongst other mental illnesses. He was understanding and went out of his way to make me comfortable throughout the process, and even came to my home so I didn't have to leave my house to speak with him. His staff... is also very understanding, caring, knowledgeable, and keeps you updated every step of the way. They are easy to contact, the majority of the times I called, someone actually answered the phone. The few times someone didn't, my calls were always promptly returned. He managed to get me approved in a matter of a few months. I was told it it could take way longer, even a year or more, nope. I didn't have to go to a courtroom, do the math on his fee, barley anything. All I had to do was sign some papers giving him access to my medical history, and he took care of the rest. I seriously can't recommend this man enough.

I have to say, I am so proud to be giving this review of Atty Michael Liner of Liner Legal, LLC. I don't impress easily, and have had an impression of lawyers, like I do doctors...not so good. Before I met Atty Liner, I'd recently visited an attorney for representation of my SSDI case. After being de...nied twice, reaching the ALJ level with my case, and visiting the initial attorney (who left me feeling unworthy, and belittled), I felt I was fighting a losing battle. It was so disheartening, and I was so afraid. I didn't know what I would do, because one thing was certain above all else; due to my debilitating condition, I absolutely could not work anymore. Then, I received a recommendation to consult Atty Michael Liner. When I first contacted him, I was impressed with not only the time he responded, but the fact that he was willing to meet me at my home. When I discussed my case with him, and told him of my experience with the previous Atty I'd visited, he said to me, "I'm going to be honest with you; I think you can win your case; if I didn't think so, I would tell you". Well, 5 mos s/p Atty Liner representing me in at the ALJ level, I finally received a fully favorable disability decision from the Judge this past Dec. 2017. It was a battle that almost took me out, and by the grace of God, who had to have put me on the path to Atty Liner, God granted me the victory!! So every word I say here is true, true.... I have never been more impressed (it's hard to impress me) with a law firm as Liner Legal, LLC. They truly stand behind every single word they say about themselves...every single word! The always responded to my calls within the utmost time, and efficiency; they are highly professional and knowledgeable! AND!..... kind!, considerate!, and always patient with me when/if I didn't understand something. It's hard to get all of these qualities in a law firm (and many other businesses these days)...especially when you're disparaged, and experiencing major life changing events due to illness and loss of income. Michael is professional, bright, funny, cordial, sympathetic in a real way, and knows the system. If you have dealt with Social Security, you know how bad it can be. If not, stop now and call Michael. It is a long arduous process, even with an attorney. With his help I won my SSDI case. I truly don't... believe I would have won without him. I had a good legitimate case, but not a cut and dry one. Even if I wouldn't have won, I feel that Michael was doing all that could be done to win it. He always answered my questions promptly and courteously, no matter how often or uninformed they were. He was always positive but not unrealistic with me, and was prepared to take this as far as it could go. He is not like any attorney I have ever dealt with. It was like dealing with friend. Micheal took over my Social Security Disability case after the original firm I had hired made a complete and utter mess of my application and filing. Their mistakes led to my application being denied. Once I was notified of the denial I contacted Michael and he met with me at my home, reviewed my c...ase and explained to me exactly what had been done wrong and how it should be addressed. He gave me straight forward, factual information regarding my claim and answered all my questions as to how we should proceed. Once he took over the case it was just a matter of days before his staff was contacting me for information and they in turn were gathering the appropriate records that were needed for the appeal and to get things moving in the right direction. The associates on Michael's staff were very professional and courteous as well as expedient in everything they did for me. And if I had any questions either one of his staff members or Michael was always there to answer them. Things proceeded just as Michael had informed me they would and my hearing occurred within three weeks of when he stated it should be. Michael was with me at the hearing and handled everything other than the questions that the judge directed specifically to me. After the hearing he gave me his opinion of how the felt things had gone and a gave me a time frame as to when he felt we should hear something. Towards the end of that time frame we were notified that my application had been approved. Had it not been for Michael taking over my case and rectifying the problems that had been created by the previous law firm I would never have gotten my disability approved. Michael and his staff truly care about their clients and work diligently to get them the results they deserve. I would recommend Michael Liner and Liner Legal LLC to anyone that is filing a Social Security Disability claim or has been declined benefits and are going to appeal.
