Not worth the money for quality of defense in misdomeanors.

Charges 2x to 3x what other lawyers charge for OVI case. Flat fee of $4,500 for OVI defense. He had no motivation for due process when he already had been paid. He showed up at first pre-trial with no documentation that I sent to him in my defense and what documentation he requested. He immediate...ly filed for a continuance without consulting me which gave up my right to Due Process and asked for me to send the documentation again. I do not believe he even discussed anything with the prosecutor. Did not return phone calls and never explained how he approaches the defense. Never spent any time with him discussing the case in person outside of pre-trials .. even then he never discussed the rather overt wrongful OVI citation or the evidence that proved my innocence, including a BAC of under .03 and misconduct by law enforcement officer. He kept me in the dark for 4 months. Completely missed a wrongful ALS suspension until pointed out by the judge at the final pretrial so my license was suspended for 4 months due to the lies of a police officer. Has a cavalier and cocky personality and was very disrespectful.

Hi quality representation at a fair price.

I have utilized Sam's services on more than 1 occasion, he is a true professional. He gets results, and he will assure you of that right away, and at a cost. There is however no cost too great for your freedom. Do not doubt this man when he tells you, I know what you want and this is what I do!

Integrity, Diligence, Communication

I screwed up and Sam helped me resolve my case in Franklin County the best possible way. While he is not cheap, you most definitely get what you pay for with this man and his extremely helpful/kind staff. Every penny is worth it. Part of what makes Sam great is that he takes a no BS approach with yo...u as a defendant, and with the courts. He clearly communicated my options to me and gave his opinion, which I accepted and went with. His presence in the courtroom is second to none, he is organized, and his credibility, well, that's what makes him so exceptional and respected by the law community in central Ohio. After discussing my case in a consultation, he took time out of his busy day to inspire me to do better and get my life back on track. If you're fortunate enough to get Sam to accept your case, be extremely thankful... he's one of the best, if not THE best.

My OVI case

Sam really exceeded my expectations on my OVI case. The State Highway patrol had a cut and dry case against me. Sam got it reduced to reckless OP. Best I was hoping for was damage control but Sam really came through for me and it was said and done at the pretrial. I know who I'm calling if I'm in tro...uble again. He's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend him. And know I don't work for him . I'm a real live client. Thank you again Sam.

Excellent attourney

Sam just recently got my cut and dry OVI case dropped down to reckless OP. I can't say enough good things about that. I was just hoping for damage control but Sam exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Sam. I'm sure you know who wrote this. Well worth the money. I wouldn't call anyone else....
