I spent 21 years in the military. By the time I was 31 I had 5 surgeries already. I was stuck at 90% for several years doing everything myself. I couldn't for some (VA) reason get to 100%. After being discharged from the marines In September 2015, I was stuck at 90%. In September 2019, i tried to reevaluate my claim myself to no advancement. I thought I knew what I did wrong, so I tried again the following january of 2020, yet still no advancement in my claim status.
