VA Disability Claim

I was very pleased with the services Justin provided. I served 20 combined years between active duty and the Ohio National Guard. My active duty years were in the late 80’s - early 90’s. I never thought about seeking any compensation/disability benefits from medical issues that resulted from my act...ive duty time until a friend suggested talking with Justin. From day one, Justin explained everything thoroughly and encouraged me to follow thru with the process. While the process was intimidating when first explained to me, Justin aided me in the things that I needed to do and documents that were necessary for him to best prepare the claim. I never felt lost in the process (paperwork, exams and VA communication) and this is because Justin is knowledgeable, personable, and was accessible for my questions and concerns. My claim took approx 12 months, but the outcome was better than I had anticipated. My family and I are beyond appreciative of Justin and the outcome of his efforts in compiling and filing my claim. Very much worth it!

Grateful Veteran

I tried to get my VA stuff done in my own with no result. I was shuffled from office to office and website to website until I gave up. Eleven years later, I decided to try again because I needed help with my PTSD. So I consulted the local state representative for the VA and he did absolutely nothing.... Well, he did file an intent to file. And then he never filed or never worked with me. He was a waste of time and almost lost me a ton of benefits. Then a friend referred me to Justin. And Justin's tenacity, knowledge and commitment helped me get the benefits that I had earned. I would recommend him 1,000%.

A true champion of Veterans!!!!

I was referred to Justin by a family member who had a great experience with him on their VA claim, and I’m incredibly glad I followed that recommendation. I’ve been out of the military for over 20 years and honestly didn’t think I was entitled to anything. I assumed too much time had pass...ed and that my case wasn’t worth pursuing. Justin proved me wrong in the best possible way. He took the time to thoroughly review my deployment history, toxic exposure risks based on where I was stationed, and both my military and personal medical records. He connected the dots in a way I never could have on my own and was able to build a strong case that resulted in a VA rating I never imagined I’d receive. The entire process felt overwhelming before, but Justin guided me through each step with professionalism, dedication, and genuine care. I highly recommend him to any veteran struggling with the VA claims process. He knows what he’s doing, and he truly works in the best interest of those who’ve served.

Excellent experience, extremely satisfied.

Extremely satisfied with my legal service experience. I was kept informed every step of the way of what to expect. The process went very smoothly, and was resolved successfully and beyond my expectations. Justin is extremely knowledgeable about the process and has a lot of experience, and an extremel...y high success rate, which is why I chose him as my claims attorney. He steered me around several pitfalls that I would not have known about had I filed the claim on my own. Further, having Justin file my claim on my behalf saved me all of the work of understanding and navigating the VA claims process. All I had to do on my end was schedule and complete the relevant medical exams, and he did all the rest. 10 out of 10, would absolutely and readily recommend Justin to any veteran seeking to file a VA claim at any level.
