As a veteran it is important to be represented by someone who is truly at the front of the pack to get you the benefits you've earned. Justin is nothing short of the best for veteran's VA benefits. After being out of the service for 8 years the VA knocked down my benefits from 70% to a 40%. I had j...ust accepted that it was going to be reduced and went about my life. When I met Justin he said to let him take a look at it and he would see what he could do, well, now I can say that I am now at 100% permanent rating. Justin spent countless hours going though my records finding items I never knew were able to be claimed. He worked with me to ensure that I recieved the correct VA claim rating and caputered all items that were simply overlooked by my initial va providers. After completing his review he set up a medical team to review my conditions with me and documented them in a way that I would translate to the reviewer for an accurate evaluation. He even worked with my schedule to get me seen in office to go over every condition. Lastly, the two way communication was unlike any other with any attorney. Justin keeping me informed on the process, all of the next steps, and what I could expect. He went so far as to check on me after a very trying appointment with the veteran reviews. I was in the Marines from 2006-2010 as an 0311 In the infantry. I did two combat tours to Iraq, and when I got out I was at 70% disability through the VA. Nine years later they reduced my rating to 50%. I’ve known Justin for years and reached out to him for some assistance with refiling my claims. This was an amazing experience! I’ve been fighting with the Veterans Affairs for years now to get my disability compensation increased with no luck.
