Very knowledgeable Vet, dedicated to helping other Vets!

I heard about Justin through a friend who had great results with him. I was at 60% when I hired him in June of 2024. He walked me through everything and got me to 90% on the first attempt. Justin was unsatisfied with the decision and appealed it for me getting me to 100%. He understands the syste...m inside and out and is a veteran himself helping us fight for what we deserve. If you have disabilities that may be service connected, I highly recommend giving Justin a call to get his opinion. I have several friends that he has helped also and they are all very happy with his services.

VA Disability Claim

I was very pleased with the services Justin provided. I served 20 combined years between active duty and the Ohio National Guard. My active duty years were in the late 80’s - early 90’s. I never thought about seeking any compensation/disability benefits from medical issues that resulted from my act...ive duty time until a friend suggested talking with Justin. From day one, Justin explained everything thoroughly and encouraged me to follow thru with the process. While the process was intimidating when first explained to me, Justin aided me in the things that I needed to do and documents that were necessary for him to best prepare the claim. I never felt lost in the process (paperwork, exams and VA communication) and this is because Justin is knowledgeable, personable, and was accessible for my questions and concerns. My claim took approx 12 months, but the outcome was better than I had anticipated. My family and I are beyond appreciative of Justin and the outcome of his efforts in compiling and filing my claim. Very much worth it!

Highly recommended for VA claims

Justin did a great job with my claim. I’ve been stuck at 10% for years and when I hired Justin, he got me to 100%. Easy to work with and personable. I would and have recommended him to my friends and fellow veterans.

Patience is key, Justin will get the job done.

We were referred to Justin by someone we know. Justin explained and walked us through the whole process as the steps moved along. It has been a lengthy process, but he made sure to respond as quickly as possible and keep us informed. He has always been very patient dealing with my disabled wife and... going out of his way to make sure she also understood. It has been an enjoyable pleasure working with him. He is a good lawyer and he is looking out for your best interest. You cannot go wrong and I am proud to call him a military brother.

Great attorney!

When I got out of the Army I was rated at 20% and was denied for multiple other service connected disabilities. I tried multiple time using my local VSO and got denied. I talked to a friend of mine that had used Justin and decided to give it another try he saw multiple issues that were missed or mis ...diagnosed and took me to 100% in 11 months. Great experience! It took 20 years but he got me 100% . Great guy very easy to talk to. Very good experience and I would recommend any veteran use his services.
