Best decision I have ever made. I'm 100% P&T because of Justin and his team on my first claim with the VA.

In the beginning I was skeptical on hiring a lawyer. Heard a lot of good things from random people about Justin Smith and his team. So I called Justin Smith. Talked to him for a little while . Me being stubborn. I still put it off for another year. Finally, I decided to meet with Justin and his ...team. I've never filed a claim with the VA despite being a combat Marine. Justin helped me gather all the medical records I needed to file my claims then also help prepare me for the C&P exams. Justin and his team's expertise in VA claim matters were very evident. I had no idea how to make a claim with the VA. Let it alone The verbiage or wording that the VA would need to accept my claims. Justin and his team also knew the secondary claims that needed to be filed that coincide with your primary claims. This is something that most that were in the military wouldn't know. Justin, help me set up my medical appointments and I made sure I attended everyone. His recommendations were top notch. To my surprise I was awarded 100% P&T. This is the rating that everyone that applies for a claim is seeking. I know without a doubt that if I would not have contacted and went with Justin and his team that applying for VA benefits myself. Would have been a disaster and would be like most of my marine friends that I served with that have been close to a decade and only have 40 to 60% to show for there service.I commend all there hard work that they put in my case and I left them alone and let them do their thing. The very thing that they are amazing at. I put my trust in them and thank God I did. Richard Kirkbride

Va compensation

I was stuck at 80% and my father in law who previously used Justin referred me to him. He sat down with me looked over my claim and identified areas he believed I was being under rated for as well as some new things I could claim. He assisted me in getting all my records together to prove the claim... and prepared me for the VA exams. I was just awarded 100% and Justin had my claim done in about 7-8 months. I highly recommend Justin! He truly cares about veterans!

100%

Justin Smith is extremely professional and truly outstanding at what he does. There are very few lawyers in the state of Ohio who work with VA claims, and for years I was stuck at a 90% service-connected disability rating with no clear path forward. A coworker recommended Justin, and that recommendat...ion changed everything. I showed up at his office unannounced, and not only did he take the time to speak with me about my case, but he also took me on as a client without hesitation. Justin had my case organized and moving forward quickly, and within six months he had it ready to go. As a result of his work, I was granted a 100% service-connected disability rating. Working with the VA can be overwhelming and daunting, but Justin made the entire process far easier. He handled all of the paperwork and legal aspects while guiding me through the medical side of things, which took a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders. I would highly recommend Justin Smith to anyone dealing with unresolved medical issues or VA disability claims. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication truly make a difference.

Justin did 8 years in the marine corps, he is one of us!

I had become very frustrated with the Va before i found out about Justin through his father that i had served with. I had applied a couple times with no success, Justin guided me through the entire process, help me articulate my issues to medical professionals. After working together for about 7 mont...hs we filed and within a couple months I was approved for the Va connection that i felt i deserved. I highly recommend him and i will seek his advice in the future.

Lawyer that cares about the Vets

I was referred to Justin by a friend because of his strong success rate with VA disability claims. I had been sitting at a 50% rating for 13 years and honestly wasn’t sure if I was entitled to any additional compensation. Justin took the time to thoroughly review my claim and identified conditions I ...didn’t even realize I could file for. He also explained how to properly articulate my symptoms and service-related issues to ensure I received the rating I truly deserved. Justin had my claim fully prepped in about six months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend him to any veteran who feels stuck or unsure about their VA disability rating.
