VA Disability Claim

I was very pleased with the services Justin provided. I served 20 combined years between active duty and the Ohio National Guard. My active duty years were in the late 80’s - early 90’s. I never thought about seeking any compensation/disability benefits from medical issues that resulted from my act...ive duty time until a friend suggested talking with Justin. From day one, Justin explained everything thoroughly and encouraged me to follow thru with the process. While the process was intimidating when first explained to me, Justin aided me in the things that I needed to do and documents that were necessary for him to best prepare the claim. I never felt lost in the process (paperwork, exams and VA communication) and this is because Justin is knowledgeable, personable, and was accessible for my questions and concerns. My claim took approx 12 months, but the outcome was better than I had anticipated. My family and I are beyond appreciative of Justin and the outcome of his efforts in compiling and filing my claim. Very much worth it!

Extraordinary!

Justin does amazing work! After fifteen years of going nowhere with the local VA, I contacted him after hearing of some of his results. If I would have called Justin from the beginning and it would have saved me a lot of time. Being a Marine himself, he knows exactly what you went through. He speaks ...both military and VA lingo and does a great job of translating both languages. Like most combat veterans struggling with the idea of contacting an attorney to help, knowing that other people have it far worse than I do, he made me feel at ease with the decision. For anyone local, I was part of the 3/25 unit that was hit hard back in ’05. I finally contacted Justin in December 2023 and within a year I went from 0% to 100% without having to go to a single VA appointment. I know this is an extremely rare occurrence but what I want to point out is how meticulous and detailed he and his team are while looking through everything. From the first appointment, the communication was efficient, effective and clear. It doesn’t take long for you to see that he takes a lot of pride in what he does. Justin and his team of doctors are extremely thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable talking about my personal events/history while working with him and his staff. I have since recommended everyone I know! The cost and the time are both well worth it!

satisfied customer

Justin Smith did an excellent job for me. I have recommended at 10 veterans I work with to get into contact with him. Justin Smith gets results. He is very determined to get what your entitled to as a veteran. I am totally satisfied with service's rendered by attorney Justin Smith. And he is a vetera...n also and he understands what all veterans are going through. Money well spent.

No stress, just results!

I was stuck at 90% and had no real recourse to change it on my own not knowing how to navigate the bureaucracy of the VA. Justin looked at my file and explained that he could claim things I had not looked at as well as get increases in other areas. The whole process was as quick and painless as it co...uld be. Justin speaks veteran, he also speaks VA, so the communication every step of the way in a way that I could understand was a key to the whole process. The cost pales in the comparison to the troubles that I would have had had I went another direction. In my opinion it was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Justin Smith to handle your claim.

VA DISABILITY

Justin, helped me win my VA disability claim/appeal. After 2 decades of fighting for benefits on my own and help from different service organizations, Justin took the reins and finished the race when I was ready to give up. Not only did he identify errors and gaps in previous attempts in filing claim...s, his team help found additional medical conditions that were previously overlooked. He took the initiative and filed and won new claims resulting in higher compensation and benefits without additional fees. His work, effort and dedication to my case far exceeded my expectations and was able to help me get a claim approved that had been denied my whole military career that ended up resulting in a 90% disability by itself. I strongly recommend using Justin to fight for you. He will look at every aspect of your claim and will comb through your medical records and identify any supporting evidence you may have missed and will file a new claim if warranted. I want to say thank you to Justin, his hard work and dedication to take care of Veterans proves once again that once a Marine always a Marine.
