Best decision I have ever made. I'm 100% P&T because of Justin and his team on my first claim with the VA.

In the beginning I was skeptical on hiring a lawyer. Heard a lot of good things from random people about Justin Smith and his team. So I called Justin Smith. Talked to him for a little while . Me being stubborn. I still put it off for another year. Finally, I decided to meet with Justin and his ...team. I've never filed a claim with the VA despite being a combat Marine. Justin helped me gather all the medical records I needed to file my claims then also help prepare me for the C&P exams. Justin and his team's expertise in VA claim matters were very evident. I had no idea how to make a claim with the VA. Let it alone The verbiage or wording that the VA would need to accept my claims. Justin and his team also knew the secondary claims that needed to be filed that coincide with your primary claims. This is something that most that were in the military wouldn't know. Justin, help me set up my medical appointments and I made sure I attended everyone. His recommendations were top notch. To my surprise I was awarded 100% P&T. This is the rating that everyone that applies for a claim is seeking. I know without a doubt that if I would not have contacted and went with Justin and his team that applying for VA benefits myself. Would have been a disaster and would be like most of my marine friends that I served with that have been close to a decade and only have 40 to 60% to show for there service.I commend all there hard work that they put in my case and I left them alone and let them do their thing. The very thing that they are amazing at. I put my trust in them and thank God I did. Richard Kirkbride

Patience is key, Justin will get the job done.

We were referred to Justin by someone we know. Justin explained and walked us through the whole process as the steps moved along. It has been a lengthy process, but he made sure to respond as quickly as possible and keep us informed. He has always been very patient dealing with my disabled wife and... going out of his way to make sure she also understood. It has been an enjoyable pleasure working with him. He is a good lawyer and he is looking out for your best interest. You cannot go wrong and I am proud to call him a military brother.

VA claim

I contacted Justin to see if putting in a claim with the VA was warranted and there was a possibility to move up from my current 60%. After his careful review of my case we decided proceeded with the claim. Justin's attention to detail and knowledge of the intricacies of the VA claim process was... very impressive. He gad everything set in place for a very thorough medical review. Everything went as he said and in the time frame that was expected. In the end I was able to move from 60 percent to 100 percent total and permanent disability withe VA. I highly recommend Justin for any Veteran thinking of making a claim.

VA Disability Claim

When it comes to navigating the VA Disability System, there is no better person to trust with your claim than Justin. The V.S.O. at my local Veterans Affairs Office had my claim so screwed up, I basically wasted 4 years of fighting myself with no feedback or assistance from them. Justin took over m...y case and with his expertise and knowledge in the system, had my claim squared away and submitted correctly into the system. I'm now rated at 90% and awaiting a higher level review to complete the my 100% which is where I should have been years ago. As a Desert Storm Veteran, I've suffered for years with my conditions with no compensation or benefits. If you're a veteran frustrated with a low rating or with the system, do yourself and your family a favor and reach out to Justin. The VA system is set up against you, to frustrate you and make you settle for a bare minimum rating or an outright denial. Hiring a professional to navigate the system will pay off for you and your family. I recommend Justin to every veteran I meet. Justin is a warrior who is very passionate at taking care of fellow veterans and assisting them through the VA Disability process.

Thank you

Justin mith guided me every step of the way, and his help and guidance was indispensable to me. He was clear, very knowledgeable, and, once again, immensely helpful. Things went just as he said they most likely would. And I am most grateful, most sincerely
