Made the best of a bad situtation

Had an great experience with Brian and his staff. He came to our home the day after our wreck and Amanda was always checking in with us to see how we were doing. Once we healed up the process was extremely smooth and quick. This was our first time dealing with a situation like we were in and I am grateful for the level of empathy and care that we were provided. Strongly recommend Brian.

Automobile accident

When I consulted with Brian about my accident, he gave me excellent advice. He never put pressure on me to hire him. He was very upfront and straight forward with me. Brian Dettman got me a settlement that changed my life!

After my accident I was injured and overwhelmed because I had never been in such a serious accident or hired an attorney. From the moment I contacted him, Brian showed genuine concern and care for me and my case. Not only did he and his law office handle all the dealings with the insurance company and hospitals, but I also had a new car within a week. After months of seeing a chiropractor I was still having major back and neck pain and while I was hoping to get a settlement of at least $3,000 for my pain and suffering, Brian was able to get me over five times that amount. Highly recommended.

After my accident I consulted with the Dettman Law Group and chose to have them represent me in my case. Throughout the entirety of my case, Brian Dettman was attentive, and communicated with me on all movement with my case. From dealing with all applicable insurance companies and attorneys Brian kept my best interest in the forefront. Having to deal with this type of stuff is not common for the average person, thus having an attorney and staff who truly cares meant the world to me. I highly recommend Brian and his team if you are ever in a situation that warrants it. Trust me the insurance companies will take advantage of you if you are not represented by someone like Brian. Really helpful and responsive

I contacted Brian related to an issue I had with a health care facility in Kentucky. He emailed me back that afternoon and asked for some additional information. I responded by email and then he called me to say that his firm doesn't handle cases like mine, and then he proceeded to give me many helpful suggestions on how I could locate an attorney in the proper jurisdiction who would have the appropriate expertise to handle my case. He also gave me several other helpful tips in a short conversation/free consult. I'm so grateful for his responsiveness and helpful suggestions. He definitely is thorough and thinks creatively and examines problems from many angles. I would certainly recommend Brian to someone in need of a personal injury attorney.

Understanding. Awesome. Personable.

I went to Mr. Dettman to sue my own insurance company for withholding my PIP. He not only was able to get me back into therapy, he was able to get my PIP check for me. Mr. Dettman took a look at the accident report and advised I had a case to sue other person involved, this after two other local Louisville attorneys turn me down because they said it was a he said she said case of who had the red light in the accident, with no witnesses. Mr. Dettman and his polite, reachable staff took all the worry and allowed me just to worry about recovery. I highly recommend this law firm. I only wish I had called him from the very beginning. I am still amazed at the communication with him and his staff. Phone calls and emails answered within just a few hours, no matter the time of day or night!!!
