Auto accident

I contacted Scott after receiving a low offer for medical expenses after an auto accident. Scott attempted to settle with the insurance company without filing a lawsuit. However, it became necessary to file a lawsuit! Scott was easy to talk to and always made sure I was comfortable with the process. His firm was able to get an acceptable settlement for me! I would highly recommend Scott to family and friends!

Review

I fell in Walmart and Scott phoned to explain what my options were and I decided to handle my claim with Walmart directly due to the limited injuries. Scott took a half hour of his time at no cost to explain how to speak with the Claim Manager. He went over allll my questions being so thorough! He treated me like family or a close friend!! I so appreciate his professionalism and knowledge and kindness to listen and help me!! Should I ever need a lawyer HE’S MY GUY!!

Terrific Support, Even Across the Country!

I contacted Scott & his team after a motor vehicle accident I had in Kentucky in 2016 - well after I had moved to California. The other insurance company had provided a pitiful "pain and suffering" payment based on 1 day missed of work - discounting months of chiropractic work and PT, impacting me into 2018. I reached out to Scott based on positive reviews, and he was a fantastic support during our initial consultation, follow up conversations, and via email. I found he and his team were responsive as though I were down the road. Ultimately, we settled happily. While I hope I don't need to retain his services again (and don't anticipate I'll need to from California) I would recommend anyone local to keep him handy.

A Real Hero To Me

I had been massively damaged by doctor error during a surgical procedure, which required another surgery and then even a third. I was also not getting any younger. I saw Scott's name in here and I reached out, having no idea whether I had a case or not. This communicative, interested and smiling face took all my data, sympathized greatly and eventually pursued the case. I am now just out of the resolution of an award in my favor, 3 years down the pike, something which I only dreamed might be possible. He kept me posted rigorously and I never felt out of the loop at any time, between he and what became co-counsels. He has been really magnificent. There are no words to convey how strongly I advocate for this humble and incredibly capable attorney. I would recommend him to anyone.

Friend for a friend in need of help

Scott has been my attorney for several years now , has worked on three of my cases and some of my family cases as well ... Scott has a great team who are helpful to me and my family while I continue my treatments and are always there if I have any questions or need advice . Hands Down the Best Legal Advice any one could ask for

I met Scott in court and over heard him working a case. I liked the way he presented him self and handled that hearing. I saw that he was a man of good character he came prepared for work was quick on the draw and knew the law. I told him my situation and he immediately had a strategy of how to help me accomplish my goal. He was always in Contact with me via text emails phone calls. Followed up regularly and was always prepared and on time for court. I was lost in the sauce as they say. I didn't know what to do or who to speak with to help me with my case and at a certain point in time had lost hope. I n the end all I needed was his guidance. I accomplished what I set out to accomplish with out compromising. For the best results I strongly recommend this man.

Great communication and gets the job done.

I couldn't ask for a better lawyer

The very first day that I meet Scott I just knew that he was the lawyer for both of my cases . Scott was very informative with me during my cases and he was always looking out in my best interest, Scott also knew people who could help me financially while I was waiting on my settlement and the people who helped me was honest good people who was not trying to take advantage of my settlement. Anytime I had any questions or wanted to discuss my case Scott was always prompt with answering my calls as well as returning my calls . I absolutely love Scott Emerson Powell and I would suggest him as a great lawyer but also he is a man of God who I trust to handle any further cases in the near future . Scott was able to get me good money for both of my cases and for my car when it got totaled, I was able to get more than the book value, this amazed my And he got the insurance company's to charge me a lot less for all my bills . Above and Beyond, a lawyer whom genuinely caresabout the outcome of his clients

My fiancé and I are involved in a case with C.P.S.. Scott seemed to genuinely care about the out come of the matter at hand. Great Lawyer

Scott was incredibly easy to work with. I suffered 2nd degree burns from a laser hair removal company who was refusing to refund my money and would not negotiate with me individually. I am also a full time graduate student and did not have time to go through litigation. Scott was able to settle the case outside of the courtroom like I wanted and I did not have to do a thing. It was such an easy and fast process and I will be recommending him to any of my friends who need legal counsel.
