Biography
I am a Miami, FL native, born of Cuban ancestry and fluent in spanish. I graduated from Florida State University magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science. I attended Florida State University College of Law where I participated as a Certified Legal Intern at the Public Interest Law Center. I was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2011 and later in the Southern District of Florida in 2013. I served the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach Count from 2011-2013. In my time as a prosecutor I handled cases ranging in severity from misdemeanors to felonies. I am also Licensed to represent clients in Immigration courts. I am actively involved in the criminal defense community: I belong to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association (ABA). I have handled cases as a private defense attorney ranging from DUI’s and up to crimes punishable by life. I enjoy the outdoors and live with my wife and loyal dog Judge.

Best Bang for your Buck
I had a serious issue with my license clear across the state in Fort Meyers. I was not legally able to drive over there .. Attorney Vivo drove over there and completely cleared my license .
