Robert Arnold Melchiorre

Rob Melchiorre is a trial attorney with 18 years of legal experience and a reputation that has earned him recognition on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. He was raised in South Florida before moving to Ohio for high school and college and later earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law.

Rob began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office, where he rose quickly through the ranks to become a supervisor of county court prosecutors and was appointed by the Governor for executive assignments to prosecute cases in other jurisdictions. He transitioned to private practice in 2012 and has since dedicated his career to representing seriously injured people in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and motorcycle accidents, among others.

With more than 50 jury and non-jury trials completed, Rob brings a level of courtroom experience that most attorneys never reach. His results reflect that experience: a $550,000 motor vehicle accident settlement, among many others recovered on behalf of his clients. Rob resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and two sons.
