Mrs. Hewlett is phenomenal attorney. She saw where another attorney failed me and got results in an orderly and speedy fashion. I will be forever grateful for having her represent me after dealing with a lazy attorney. Thank God for good counsel

Civil trial

Ms. Hewlett is a very personable attorney. She made me feel so comfortable and she was always available. She won my case! The defendant appealed and she won that too! She know the law and will fight for you. I told her she's my attorney for life. I definitely recommend Ms. Hewlett.

Tennesse Highway Patrol Ticket Dismissed

I retained Ms. Hewlett to represent me legally. A TN Highway Patrol man gave me a ticket commuting from work to home. It was shocking to be alone,pulled over at night, and my car searched. The trooper gave me a ticket for failure to dim lights. Ms. Hewlett gave me peace of mind, that the legal pro...cess would work for me. I did not have to miss work to attend court for the ticket. Ms. Hewlett was in court on my behalf. Thank God!

Attorney Hewlett Go t The Job Done!

I was referred to and hired Attorney Hewlett via my Legalshield provider Merritt Webb for a frivolous traffic matter: The B.P.D. of Shelby County TN gave me a citation and stated jail would be my next option for "allegedly" disregarding a red light, even though I waited and turned when the signal/arr...ow was green. Furthermore, ALL of my license/insurance/registration were and are VALID. Attorney Hewlett was very professional, concise, and straightforward. Needless to say, she fought for me and proved that the officer had given me the ticket in error based on his own as well as my testimony. Everything was dismissed without having to pay 1 cent for court costs. This rarely happens in the little town where court was held. So, I'm very satisfied and grateful.
