I signed up with Hewlett Law firm for an injury suffered in an automobile accident in July, 2016. Iadell numerous calls to get status updates on my case. None of my calls were returned. Four months later I received a release letter from Attorney Hewlett because the party at fault was not insured. My name is Bobby and I was charged with one count of Aggravated Robbery and three counts of Aggravated Assault on February 4th, 2014. I spent 14 months in jail and was appointed a public defender. My public Defender informed me that I could accept 8 years or go to trial and take a chance at being fo...und guilty and being sentenced to thirty years. I made a $75,000 dollar bond and while out on bond I was actually considering accepting the offer just to get this chapter behind me. The jury returned with verdict of not guilty on all counts and I am a free man today with a new chance at life.
