Daniel is very good with helping his clients understand their options and the best way to proceed. He answers every question they have and makes sure they are comfortable with the decisions they make. Having never gone through the process before, I never understood how important and how many details are involved. Well worth the price!! (Hired for criminal defense)
All in all he's reasonably priced & straight forward. No sugar coating and he doesn't beat around the bush. Communication was a little hectic but it's very understandable considering how busy a lawyer is and the system at the jail was all out of wack. When you call him about questions and concerns he doesn't rush you! That's a huge plus for me being as I've had quite a few attorneys for different reasons and they've all seemed too busy to hold more than a 5min phone call.

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I was clueless about the entire legal process. Daniel said "trust me I promise I'm going to take care of you". I witnessed compassion & genuine concern for my life from this attorney. Daniel delivered his promise and he is not ONLY about money.

Happy bride to be because Attorney Daniel Hamilton
Attorney Daniel Hamilton is a great person to work with. He has a great personality and he is honest. He doesn't try to sugarcoat anything. He will work with you financially. My fiancée was facing 6 years with a felon in possession of a handgun charge. Mr. Hamilton managed to get him off with no jail time and 2 years of probation. If my fiancée had gone to jail we wouldn't be getting married this coming July. I compared Mr. Hamilton to David and Goliath with Mr. Hamilton being David. He will work hard for you to get the results that you are hoping for. Mr. Hamilton saved our wedding day!!!!!!

BEST LAWYER FOR THE JOB
Not like some attys that persude you to go a certain way or concede. He didn't he gave you the possible outcomes and allowed you to choose. He works for your best interest.
