Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney & Living Will

Daniel is very good with helping his clients understand their options and the best way to proceed. He answers every question they have and makes sure they are comfortable with the decisions they make. Having never gone through the process before, I never understood how important and how many detai...ls are involved. With his experience and understanding of how much we want to protect our family, he made going through the process a very pleasant experience.

Well worth the price!! (Hired for criminal defense)

All in all he's reasonably priced & straight forward. No sugar coating and he doesn't beat around the bush. Communication was a little hectic but it's very understandable considering how busy a lawyer is and the system at the jail was all out of wack. When you call him about questions and concerns he... doesn't rush you! That's a huge plus for me being as I've had quite a few attorneys for different reasons and they've all seemed too busy to hold more than a 5min phone call.

Attorney Daniel Hamilton

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I was clueless about the entire legal process. Daniel said "trust me I promise I'm going to take care of you". I witnessed compassion & genuine concern for my life from this attorney. Daniel delivered his promise and he is not ONLY about money.
