Very poor communication with clients

I signed up with Hewlett Law firm for an injury suffered in an automobile accident in July, 2016. Iadell numerous calls to get status updates on my case. None of my calls were returned. Four months later I received a release letter from Attorney Hewlett because the party at fault was not insured. Thi...s is understandable, but no one returning my calls for four months is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you want to be updated on your case, avoid signing up with Hewlett Law Firm because they will not return your call!

she cares about her clients

Ms. Hewlett really cares about her clients. I felt like I was more than just a number! She helped me when I got hurt in a wreck. I was kept informed through every step of the process. This was my first time going through something like this so I was nervous. I am very happy with the outcome. I ...would recommend her to my family.
