I was referred to and hired Attorney Hewlett via my Legalshield provider Merritt Webb for a frivolous traffic matter: The B.P.D. of Shelby County TN gave me a citation and stated jail would be my next option for "allegedly" disregarding a red light, even though I waited and turned when the signal/arr...ow was green. Furthermore, ALL of my license/insurance/registration were and are VALID. Attorney Hewlett was very professional, concise, and straightforward. Needless to say, she fought for me and proved that the officer had given me the ticket in error based on his own as well as my testimony. Everything was dismissed without having to pay 1 cent for court costs. This rarely happens in the little town where court was held. So, I'm very satisfied and grateful.
