No communication before or during case after initial consultation. She has a tendency to wing it in court. Lost my case due to lack of preparation and attention to detail.

Beth handled my first divorce in 1993. It was solid and smooth. Years later I consulted Beth again. It was a rocky, bitter divorce. Beth kept me focused, which at times was hard, instructed me to keep a calendar, a journal and state facts. In the end it is facts, truth, documentation that wins out. Beth utilized her skills and my records to make sure that things were done the right way. She fights for what is right. So if you want to be sneaky and lie - then she isn't the right attorney for you. There is something to be said about integrity. I'd highly recommend this attorney.

After almost one YEAR of 'handling' my case, Ms. Brooks missed statute of limitations for filing. Does a very poor job of communication, preferring text messaging rather than phone calls. Did not prepare me for court till day of and she asked me to lie on the witness stand.
