I second that motion "about as incompetent as they come"

CANNOT recommend Beth Brooks for attorney. Did not review facts of case and, as it appeared, apathy would be this attorney's bailiwick, as she took her check, grinned and then socialized with the plaintiff. Add lack of integrity to her conduct. Hired another lawyer that actually exemplified ethics,... integrity and attention to the facts, and all was well afterward. Repeat, cannot recommend Beth Brooks for attorney. Reviews are not in her favor.

BEST ATTORNEY IN MEMPHIS

Beth is an awesome attorney. She is on top of her game. She has helped me with a Child Support case to help me get my arrears and child support modified and contempt of court also. I have to say for every dollar I have paid for her, it was worth every dime. She is understood my situation and stay...ed on top of my case and contacted my regularly. She believed in me and fought for me when I thought Child Support was not helping me out. If you need an attorney to help you with child support, I highly recommend this attorney. My ex was 55 thousand in arrears and had not paid me a dime in like 2 years and she helped me with getting what my daughter deserved.

About as incompetent as they come

About as incompetent as they come. She also failed to file something in time on my case as well. So I had no case. In her exact words to me she said she blanked up and my only recourse would be for me to file a suit against her. She gave me $5000. Don’t waste your time with her keep searching

Irresponsible

After almost one YEAR of 'handling' my case, Ms. Brooks missed statute of limitations for filing. Does a very poor job of communication, preferring text messaging rather than phone calls. Did not prepare me for court till day of and she asked me to lie on the witness stand.

Lack of preparation hurt my case

No communication before or during case after initial consultation. She has a tendency to wing it in court. Lost my case due to lack of preparation and attention to detail.
