Biography
I am a trial lawyer and have been one for 18 years. As such, I focus my practice on personal injury and criminal defense. When you are making a decision to hire an attorney, make sure that your attorney has the experience to take a case to trial and to the appellate level, if necessary. On average, I try about three jury trials and dozens of non-jury trials each year. I typically handle at least one appeal each year. Although most cases resolve themselves short of trial (through mediation or otherwise), you will get the best result when you are prepared to go to a trial.
