Bill Fix was willing to help and listen when others wouldnt
Mr. Fix was willing to look into and help me regarding my grandmothers estate. While I had trouble getting others to help or even listen, Mr. Fix actually took the time to look into the situation. He was willing to help sort out what was going on. He went above and beyond and helped me get answers. His assistance helped give me some closure and provided some much needed details into all that had occured. If I had been able to move forward I undoubtedly would of hired Mr. Fix.

Due to recent health issues that have impaired me, Bill assisted me with POA paperwork. During a stressful time in my life, Bill was able to put me at ease. He explained the process and how it works in a clear manner that I was able to understand. We never know what curveballs life may throw at us, but no matter what is thrown at us, Bill will help you stay in the ballgame.

A Human and dare I say Honest Lawyer? You Bet!!
I had a very big lawsuit hanging in the balance and everywhere I turned I couldn't get any type of advice or answers to some complex and other not so complex issues a lawyer understands and a layman doesn't. Bill spent 3 (three) full hours helping me unravel a mess and broke down all the options available to me like he was my best friend and not some uncaring money grabber. In my years I've dealt with many lawyers but never have I left feeling I was actually listened to and helped. If I could give 10 stars I would. 99% of the local lawyers could learn something from his "bedside manner". Don't hesitate to hire Mr. Fix for counsel and certainly don't pass him by without checking with him first or you may be sorry later on.

High Verbal IQ & Intelligent
I thought the process was very respectful and much less intimidating and stressful than I know would have been the case had we not followed the collaborative approach. Mr. Fix was there for me when unfortunately I had a disruption in the trust of my marriage and I needed not only advice but an attorney that would listen to my case. Mr. Fix really listened to my concerns attentively; he did not judge me or ridicule my situation. He listened to me and advised me through my legal issues to be a transition not of horror or chaos; but, with guided compassion and professional concern and care. I am grateful that I had him help me through that challenging period of my personal life. I found it a pleasure having my will prepared by Mr. Fix. He was very knowledgeable in the preparation of my will and explained everything in language I could easily understand. I would highly recommend Mr. Fix to anyone needing a will (and don't we all!)

Professional and Expeditious
I recently hired Mr Fix to prepare a will for me. I explained to Mr Fix that I have a young son and wanted to make sure he was taken care of in case of my death. When I told him this, he met with me within the week because he knew how important it was for me. Each question I had, Mr fix addressed it with language I could understand. He didn't talk above my head like other attorneys seem to do. He even asked again to make sure I had no further questions or concerns. He was professional and helpful during the whole process. I will surely use Mr Fix in the future if I need any other legal work completed.

The best around...
After receiving consultation from William (from a friend who recommended him to me), I hired him as my attorney for divorce. "Bill" is very thorough and precise in his process. Although I had no longer residing in the area, he handled my case and kept me breast of the proceedings. "Bill" is very approachable and extremely helpful; I would not hesitate to seek his service again in the future and suggest him to anyone who would be in need of legal assistance.

Poor communication
I hired Bill to help me with a probate case. He was very attentive at first but with time he began to not return my calls, emails and letters sent in the mail. I’ve called him for the last 6 months trying to get probate closed and he won’t even provide an excuse for the lack in communication. I’ve paid him in full, which I guess was my mistake.
