Very Professional!
Brian was very honest and thorough. He was careful to not be over confidant to make sure I understood the gravity of my situation but when anything was certain he was very comforting. After two years of fighting something he helped guide me in the right direction to end things after all for the good and sanity of my family. His office works tirelessly to ensure all of their clients’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend O’Shaughnessy and Carter for their services!

He cleaned up the mess
I got into a mess with a neighbor, almost as many charges as days in a month. Brian explained up front what he thought the entire process would be, showed up in another court twice for hearings that were an extension of this case ( and won) and in between dealt with and set up appropriately with necessary parties, showed up for assigned court dates on time, and in the end negotiated a settlement that resulted in the charges being dismissed and the records expunged. Brian even handled paperwork for one expungement in the matter that was early on and he was not even retained at the time of this initial court case. He just cleaned up the mess. I will call Brian again if needed and recommend others to do the same.

I don't know what this means??
Brian assisted my grandson with a domestic matter. He was competent, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough. He knew the right thing for us to do in an emotional and stressful situation. Our matter was finally resolved with a positive outcome.

Discrete and efficient
He was able to get my case dismissed wth minimal community service served and expunged two weeks after the dismal so my record remains clear. Cost was exponentially higher than other lawyers I'd spoken with, but he delivered the exact services I paid him for so it was worth it. If you need a case handled quickly and quietly, he's your guy.

Organized, efficient, timely, personable
Brian O'Shaughnessy represented me in 2 cases recently. Not only was he always available to answer any questions for me, he was an upstanding guy. He went above and beyond any expectations i could have had. I never had a problem reaching him in a timely manner, and he always had everything in order. Brian is an amazing attorney. Criminal Case
I hired Mr. O'Shaughnessy to help with a domestic case. I was defending myself against my husband but because my husband had marks, I was arrested. I have never had anything on my record. I was terrified. My divorce attorney recommended Mr. O'Shaughnessy. He was very knowledgeable of the law, explained everything about my case to make sure I completely understood the details, and was very respectful to me. Tenant Eviction
I had never had to use a lawyer before and was apprehensive but Brian and his staff were excellent. I live in California and own property in Chattanooga. My tenant refused to pay and refused to move. Let Brian take care of your legal problems
Let Brian O'Shaughnessy take care of your legal problems! Nobody wants to deal with lawyers for any reason, but if you have to - pick a good one. Brian is awesome to work with, his practice has been established in Chattanooga for over a decade and he knows people. I am not willing to discuss details of my case in a review, but I can't imagine it handled any better than how Brian's legal team did. As a side note, Brian's services are not cheap, but you'll get what you pay for. Cheap lawyer to me is sort of like cheap insurance - you don't need it until you need it but if you do... Recommended highly!!!

Peace of mind
Not knowing is quite stressful. In a case like mine that rang true ,but Brian made it easy for us and gave us peace of mind that only a good attorney can. Much thanks! I hope I never have to go through that again but if I do I will use this firm as well as recommend them.

Really works for you
As most of you looking at this probably have, I found myself in a pinch. I was charged with something that I wasn't guilty of. I was worried about what this would do to my family, work, etc. I contacted Brian and found him to be very helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. Brian was able to get a deferment and it has been expunged from my record. I got minimum community service as well. Very happy and should I ever be in need of a lawyer again I will be going to Brian.
