Lynda F Jones received her J.D. from the University of Memphis where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. Her undergraduate degree was received Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville while working full time.
She began her trial experience with B.Stewart Jenkins in the area of civil rights before moving to Nashville to join the Law Offices of James A Flexer where she managed over 1,200 client cases.
Jones has been an attorney for 21years. She first built her own successful bankruptcy practice by associating with the firm of Bruce , Weathers, Corley and Lyle.
Jones advises small businesses in workouts to assist them in avoiding the
expense of bankruptcy.
Ms Jones is active in the community, her church, Girlscouts and serves on several area nonprofit boards which assist the indigent and mentally ill. She has been recognized as a Mid South Super Lawyer and as Best of the Bar. She received recognition for her advocacy on behalf of the mentally ill from NAMI in 2011.
