In front of the Judge, I was interviewed by Mr. Blackwell and opposing council with regards to the settlement. Then, the Judge interviewed me to make sure that I was in agreement with the settlement too. After the Judge was satisfied on all counts, he addressed me by saying that he knew and respected Mr. Blackwell professionally and that he’s an outstanding injury case lawyer and that he believes that Mr. Blackwell has brought my case to the best possible conclusion.
