Biography
Jeff Blackwell focuses his practice on cases involving severe personal injuries, substantial damages or wrongful death. He only represents the victims of personal injury and their families. Jeff earned a Presidential Scholarship to the University of South Alabama where he graduated with an Accounting degree in 1992. He then earned his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1995. Jeff has successfully tried cases to verdict in multiple Alabama counties. He has also successfully represented clients before the Alabama Supreme Court and Alabama Court of Civil Appeals on many occasions. He has helped injury victims in both Alabama and Federal Courts. He has received a Preeminent AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been selected as a SuperLawyer (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025) and selected as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
