There when you need a lawyer

When I was going home one night from a meeting I was pulled over by a police officer. The officer got smart with me and said I ran a stop sign at the end of stree from the meeting. I had left the meeting and had to turn around to go back for something I had left behind. Long story short receive a ticket for running a stop sign that I stopped at however the cop felt that I ran it and since we didn't hit it off well from the beginning with his attitude he showed me who was boss and wrote a ticket. I spoke with Shannon Moore and he represented me and met me at the court date on the ticket and the cop didn't show and the judge canceled and reschedule. Well the next court date the officer didn't show. Shannon spoke with the judge and when the judge called my name and said he was dismissing the ticket and make sure to clearly stop in the future. With Mr. Shannon Moore as my attorney, he efficiently (time and money wise) made sure my record stayed clean and that a frivolous ticket in my opinion out of spite was nullified. Took 2 county court house visits 1 hr each so 2 hrs of my time and Shannon kept the cost down since he was having several cases at the same time while there. It was as easy as letting Shannon know the situation, retaining him and following his instructions. I was very pleased.

Shannon Moore was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate of Grissom High School and he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

He went on to get his juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. Upon graduation from law school in 1998 he went on to found a law firm with a fellow graduate from law school. He has been in the private practice of law since that time.

His practice focuses on criminal law, family law, and personal injury. Over the years, Shannon has represented numerous individuals and has been involved with both bench trials as well as jury trials. In addition, he was the prosecutor for the City of Madison for several years.

Shannon is a past president of the Madison County Young Lawyers and he is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association.

In addition to his legal activities, Shannon is an active member of the local community. He is a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church and has taught Sunday school there. He was a member of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board at Virginia College in Huntsville, Al. He currently is a board member on the South Huntsville Civic Association and a board member of the South Huntsville Library Steering Committee.

Shannon Moore has managed several political campaigns over the years and has run for office himself.

Great attorney who will get the job done!

I had some legal issues to get taken care of and talked with Mr. Moore about them. He took the case and we were able to settle out of court and I got the results I wanted and I would definitely use his service in the future!

Shannon, has been my attorney for about 15 years from divorce to assualt to false arrest on theft of property which Shannon Won my case . And was prevented from me having to go to Trial . Shannon puts his heart and soul in his work and dedicates hours after hours of his time to find every detail .. shannon has had my entire life in his lap on this false theft charge and he proved my innocence easily . We met with Shannon and he agreed to take the case. It was unusual family circumstances. We then met with his associate Chris Pankey who started the proceedings for the case. They are very knowledgeable about the law. Even though my circumstances were unusual he did a great job researching case laws and handling the situation. Very professional, great listeners and very fair. If I need any help in the future I will gladly go back to the Moore Law firm. I highly recommend them for whatever your need is.
