Joe has been the best in a terrible situation! I appreciate the fact he gives it to you straight and doesn't sugar coat the situation. I'm astounded at how promptly he answers calls, emails or texts (even after or before hours), that is so hard to find. Joe knows what he is doing and he knows hi...s stuff. I also found if it's a situation a little out of the norm (like my case was) he researched and found the answers we needed. I highly recommend Joe. He is easy to talk to, and will go through the steps with you so you understand the process and know what to expect. Joe absolutely will be my first call when the need arises again!
