About Marc
Biography
My Sarasota and Manatee County Florida legal practice focuses on assisting clients in the areas of estate planning, probate & trust administration and inheritance disputes, and business & corporate law matters. I also assist clients with the drafting of their pre-marital agreements.
From 1998-2019, I served as a Supply Corps Officer (Contracting and Logistical Planning) with the United States Navy Reserve. I am a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
In addition, I have published articles and been quoted in The Florida Bar, The Rhode Island Bar, North Carolina Bar (Elder Law), Forbes Magazine, Leimberg (LISI), Association of the US Navy, Reserve Officers Association, MSN Money, etc..
I am the recipient of the following awards:
