Enita Kushi

I have been an attorney for over 15 years and help clients plan to protect themselves and their families. We prepare power of attorney, trusts, health care directives, final wishes, care agreements and trusts for our clients who want to plan for a better life knowing the government will interfere in their legacy.

I wanted to be a lawyer since I was 6 years old. There were no lawyers in my family or judges, but I had a desire to help others and stand up for people. Being a lawyer is a privilege for which I worked diligently to achieve. I came to the United States as an 11-year-old child and spoke no English. I was set on achieving my goals and was very dedicated to doing my best and honoring my parents' sacrifice. The first year I was in school, I was named as the ESOL Student of the Year. When I moved to Naples with my family, I was awarded the Student of the Year Award for the entire school. I continued to work very hard and graduated at the top of my high school class and went on to attend the University of Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida in 3 years. I was fortunate enough to attend law school at the University of Florida, as well. When I passed the FL Bar Exam and received my license to practice law, it was the culmination of achieving my childhood dream of becoming an attorney and being able to help others through my profession.
