Will & LIVING WILL

We recently had a will & living will done by Attorney Brian McNamara . Something we have been putting off for years as we assumed it would be complicated & just didn’t want to take the time , even though it’s something you only do once , unless you have it revised later . I gave Brian all the informa...tion over the phone & a few days later we went & signed everything. It was much easier & less confusing than we anticipated. I didn’t have to make a list of our assets or anything complicated at all . The meeting in his office was very professional & social distancing was practiced very carefully & everyone including the witnesses at signing wore masks . Brian is very relaxed & doesn’t have the egotistical halo that most attorneys have. Also his fees were very fair . I checked around before & he was the least expensive . That wasn’t the factor why we chose him . When I initially called his office I got to talked to him & he took the time over the phone to explain all the details of a will and/or trust. My wife & I both would highly recommend this law firm for any of the services they provide . Ray & Diana

Highly recommended!!

Recently Brian McNamara helped me with my divorce. I have two small children and was satisfied with how he listened to my concerns and his solutions seemed knowledgable and in our best interest. He always answered my phone calls and was very prompt in returning my calls when I had to leave a voicemai...l. I was extremely pleased with the way Brian kept me in the loop on the status of my case and that he got me the outcome I was hoping for. My kids and I have hope for the future. Thank you, Brian McNamara for all you did to help us get our fresh start.
