We highly recommend this legal professional!
Robert Eardley handled the details of re-writing our trust, health proxy and estate documents to comply with Florida statutes. In this process he demonstrated impressive knowledge of the complex details of both New York (from where we are moving) and Florida law. He was unfailingly responsive, polite and professional. Using flow charts and other tools, he lucidly explained the legal complexities relating to our situation. From our first meeting with Robert, we felt we could trust him. That first impression has only strengthened in the months since. We highly recommend him for estate planning services.

Board Certified Matters
My son did not have his affairs in order at the time of his unexpected death. I called several probate attorneys, all of which did not clearly answer my questions. Mr Eardley, answered my questions. He completed the probate and more than met our expectations. He is the Best ever!

A Solid Choice
My parents used Robert for many years and I used him during and after their passing. He is very professional, knows his craft, and is friendly and easy to work with. I would continue to use him personally, but we live in Pennsylvania. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

Robert is a true professional and a pleasure to work with! Always very responsive and provided information in a timely manner and in a way that was easily understood. He was hired by the Illinois executor of my brother's estate to handle the probate of Florida property and did an excellent job for us. We highly recommend his professional services!

Recommended without any reservation
Having first consulted with a very large, very well-known Naples' firm and met with disappointment at every turn––poor communication, errors, sloppy work––I turned to Attorney Robert Eardley. How refreshing to work with someone who returns calls immediately, listens carefully, sets forth his fee structure and work methods clearly and, finally, prepares exemplary legal documents. I recommend and, in fact, already have recommended Robert Eardley without any reservation.

A Major project: Tax and Estate planning....DONE !
Tax and Estate planning finally made it to the top of my TODO goals and objectives for year-end 2017. Where to start? I did not need or want a firm to manage or invest my monies. I did not want a large mega-bank or multi-national conglomerates where i was just a number. I wanted a relationship. I wanted someone i, my family, and my grandchildren could trust and rely upon. I wanted someone who specialized in this area of estate planning. Attorney Eardley was the right choice. He made it clear , understandable , and most importantly listened to what our needs and wants are. His preparation and documentation and communication were superior. We are pleased with the result, and with the relationship.

Robert exceeded our expectations in every way. He was attentive, thoughtful, and extremely patient. Robert gave us the space and time to make the right decision. He has a great personality and helped us feel calm during the process. Robert maintained a timely and helpful correspondence with us, often going above and beyond to answer our questions. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism. I would certainly recommend Robert and I have already provided his contact information to several of my acquaintances.

New wills, PoAs, and trust documents
Robert Eardley was recommended by my financial adviser when my wife and I relocated to SW Florida. We met for 2 hr to talk about our situation, my current out-of-state will and martial trust. He clearly explained each of the pieces and "next steps" and pointed out why he thought I should change the way my current will and trust was set up. We hired him and within 2 weeks he provided us with drafts of both of our wills, my revokable trust, "living wills", PoAs, etc. He drafted a very detailed explanatory letter for each of the documents and followed up with a 1 hr phone call to again explain everything. The following week we met to go over all of the documents once again (about and hour) and then signed everything. He took charge to file the homestead exemption and complete the necessary beneficiary forms. Several days later we received a bound copy of all documents along with an e-cop on a "flash drive". I have had many dealings with attorneys over my adult life but never have I had a more conscientious, thorough, and competent one such as Robert Eardley. His flat rate charge for all documents was a plus as we had numerous questions over the course of time and he spent quality time in answering them all. If someone is looking for a quality attorney to handle their affairs, we would highly recommend Robert Eardley. It was a real pleasure working with him.

Excellent Naples Estate Planning Attorney
As a former Fortune 100 executive and start-up founder I wanted a will and estate planning attorney that had the experience and background to handle my various accounts and assets in a way that made sense for my family. I also wanted a lawyer with strong ethics, who billed fairly, and who would return my calls. After some research and a few telephone interviews I found that lawyer in Robert Eardley. He handled my will in a way that was easy for me. He offered various options that would help my wife and children. He presented options that I had not thought about, such as trusts, and explained why certain options would work best for my situation now and in the future. Overall, a good experience. I would use Robert again and highly recommend him.
