Chris assists clients by developing their estate plan, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and health care surrogates, and advises clients on estate tax and gift tax minimization strategies. His estates practice includes estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate tax planning, and selective estate and trust litigation. Chris has lived and practiced in Southwest Florida since 2006. In his free time, Chris enjoys running, biking, and swimming, and fishing with his wife and two sons.
After graduating from Florida State University, Chris worked as a travel aide to Florida Treasurer and Insurance Commissioner Tom Gallagher. While in law school, Chris interned with U.S. District Court Judge James Lawrence King in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and with Circuit Court Judge Mel Grossman in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
