Mr. Batista an Exceptional Attorney
Mr. Batista worked exceptionally hard and has made me feel as if I were his only client while, certainly, he has probably dozens if not more. He's been licensed for almost 30 years, and focuses in an area of law that is terribly hard especially in this present environment. He gives of his time to help people, and his time is probably worth a lot more than what he charged us. He gets excellent results, and we can only hope he continues his journey.
My wife has mental health problems, and she was keeping me from having visitation with my child. Her lawyer is a very difficult lady to deal with. My prior attorney was not making any progress, and he seemed to be getting pushed around, and hardly talked when we went to court. I looked for a better atorney, and I chose Batista. Batista is a lot more aggressive, and he did not back down. Eventually, I was able to have normal parenting time with my child. The fees were reasonable, and the results were great. Thanks Batista!
Al's analytical ability and years of experience enable him to provide thoughtful, thorough, and practical legal advice. He listens carefully to our questions and comments, and he responds quickly and clearly. He answers phone calls and emails promptly. I have used Al a few times for various legal problems, and he is a problem solver. Al is fair, and the legal fees are reasonable. --Frank
Thorough, Knowledgeable and Focused on My Concerns
I have consulted with Mr. Batista on two issues: the first was child support and the second was foreclosure. In both instances, Mr. Batista was very supportive, knowledgeable of the laws and statutes that applied to my cases, and addressed my specific concerns. I have dealt with other lawyers before, and feel that Mr. Batista was genuinely concerned about my cases and was careful to listen to and address ALL of my concerns. Furthermore, I feel as if he always kept my best interests in mind and told me all of my options, whereas previous lawyers were willing to make compromises that were best for them.
Personal Service & Quick Results
I am a victim of domestic violence, and I was referred to Attorney Batista because he used to work for Legal Aid, and has a good reputation. I contacted Mr. Batista, and was very impressed. The fee was reasonable, and he began working immediately. He always responds to phone calls, emails, or text messages.
Completely disrepectfully money hungry
I called Mr. Batista regarding a case in Naples, FL and began a phone consultation. I was briefly explained his plan of action and then swiftly converted into speaking about payment. I advised I would need to speak to my father. My father and I conference called the office and he explained similar in Spanish. When my father asked about his credentials Mr. Batista blew up and was bothered stating "I don't need this, get yourself another lawyer" and hung up. When I called back to asked what happened he explained that my father was full of hot air and that he has been on the phone with us for 2 hrs (clearly it was 30 minutes) and that he was full of hot air. My father is an older gentleman who doesn't believe in sending money over the phone to someone he does not know especially in a different county without meeting them in person. When I explained this to him he asked if I had the money or not, I ended the the call with a bad experience. By the way he exploded over the phone especially after Christmas shows what type of element we almost handed are money over to. Thankfully the truth came out before we made a mistake. Mr. Batista is unworthy of his reputation of a nice guy.
Response from Alberto Batista March 30, 2017
Mr. R stated that he is a convicted felon who is currently on probation. Mr. R stated that he has been unemployed since 2013. Mr. R stated that he is behind on his child support of $167.00 per month. Mr. R stated that he contacted my office because his ex-wife refused to allow him any parenting time with his child.
While speaking with Mr. R on the phone, I researched his case on the court docket, reviewed some of the prior orders, and emailed him copies of two prior court orders that were pertinent to his parenting time concerns.
Mr. R added a person claiming to be his father to the line. Mr. R's alleged father said that they did not have any money. He asked me to take the case pro-bono. I only help U.S. Veterans for free.
