No offense is too small a crime in Polk County

I retianed Attorney Averbuck for a charge of failing to notify of change of address in 30 days( I got stopped while moving from one home to another)! I offered for Atty. Averbuck to negotiate a payment of ticket with no misdemeanor on my record. He said "You are not wrong.. I appreciate the offer.....But, I will fight this" He did his homework (really spent time on the case). Told me his strategy and he had scenarios a, b, and C (my offer to pay a ticket but no criminal offense). Final result... Case thrown out of court! This Attorney sets a new standard... And he is "Not too busy" to follow up.

Mr. AverBuck is a really great attorney.

Mr. AverBuck. He is a really awesome lawyer. I would hire him again. My husband had an felony charge of dog abuse n the dog wasn't even ours. We called the dog pound on it to pick it up n they said it was ours. N it wasn't. If it wasn't for mr. AverBuck n his main office worker carol we wouldn't know... what to do. We won our case against the SPCA. Bc they had nobody on their side. Thank you n God bless u mr. AverBuck n ms. Carol.

Criminal charges. Aggravated Assault w/deadly weapon, no intent to kill. Improper display/ exhibit of a concealed weapon.

Mr. Philip Averbuck had the felony charges that were against me dropped in no time. He then helped me w/the misdemeanor gun charge. We selected a jury, then had the trial the next day. Mr. Averbuck questioned the 3 people who were testifying against me. He cross examined them carefully and tactfully,... thereby establishing much doubt in the juror's minds. All the while being a gentleman in his questioning. He carefully brought up specific details as to what actually took place. Each one of the witnesses were discredited as to what they said. The jury was quickly convinced that these three people had no clue as to what happened. Their testimony was so conflicting with each other that the court employees were laughing. Mr. Averbuck was on a roll at this time. He gave me a feeling of confidence that I can't describe. After hearing their testimony, Mr. Averbuck called me to the witness stand. I was very nervous as I had never done this before ! He introduced me to the jury and then proceded to question me. I was allowed to give my whole side of the story. Mr. Averbuck got permission from the judge to allow me to show my serious medical condition to the court. At this point I was very secure in my own mind that things would work out. After about 10 or 15 minutes I was told I could then step down. My story was absorbed completely by the jury. At this point, the jury left the courtroom to go into deliberation. The judge and the court clerk stepped out of the court to take a short break. Within less than 10 minutes, the bailiff announced to the judge that a verdict was reached. As the judge stepped up to the bench, I heard him say, wow, that was fast ! Even the clerk said that it was fast ! I was so tense at this moment that you could hear my heart beat. The jury foreman announced, NOT GUILTY ! I almost passed out ! I was so relieved ! I thanked Mr. Averbuck and the jury and said God bless you ! If not for the expertise of Mr. Averbuck, only God knows what would have happened to me. I started to cry in relief. I thanked the judge and even shook his hand. I know that Mr. Averbuck was the right man for my case. No one in that court that day had ever seen a jury reach such a fast verdict. I think we set a new record w/my case that day. Mr. Averbuck has really lived up to his expectations. I would hire him again in a heartbeat ! His lovely secretary Carol was very courteous and helpful as well as assuring me that I had hired the right man. I took two different friends with me each time I went to see Mr. Averbuck, and they said they even approved of him 100%. They heard him speak and liked his approach to my situation. He even has a good sense of humor ! I am grateful to both Mr. Averbuck and Carol for their dedication to winning my case. It is one thing when your friends believe you are telling the truth, but when your attorney, the judge, and the jury believe you, that is the ultimate ! Thank you Mr. Averbuck and thank you Carol ! I know God put you two people in my life because he knew you could prove my innocence !

Awesome , and very knowledgable, very honest

I had 7 drug charges , one was Trafficing, It was in Hardee County ,,I had given up hope I was facing 40 to 50 years if convicted , Mr. Averbuck told me from the begining dont worry thats his job him and his excellent Secretary put me at ease every time I talked to her , they set up affordable payme...nt arrangements ,, all the other 10 attornies said I needed to pray and throw myself to the mercy of the court !! and they wanted half up front , who has that kind of money, but Mr. Averbuck and his staff were awesome my case was dismissed,, thrown out like it never happen over a tiny loophole he found !! I would recommend this guy!! he is at the top of his game !! I owe him and his staff alot of years they saved me from prison and Im so grateful
