Mr. Averbuck, is an outstanding attorney he is very knowledgeable in law. When we contacted Mr. Averbuck about a criminal defense case he was very responsive on what he can do to with his know how on certain things that needed to be done. I met Mr.Averbuck back in 2000 When He was assigned by the court to represent me....He was a Public Defender. Even today after 13 years I still talk about Him.,He is very honest & trustworthy, kept me informed, and always made me feel comfortable. Just recently I needed Him to represent me at my firs...t appearance.I called Him at the last minute.We talked about my situation, and monday morning He was there and at a reasonable rate too! I retianed Attorney Averbuck for a charge of failing to notify of change of address in 30 days( I got stopped while moving from one home to another)! I offered for Atty. Averbuck to negotiate a payment of ticket with no misdemeanor on my record. He said "You are not wrong.. I appreciate the offer.....But, I will fight this" He did his homework (really spent time on the case). Told me his strategy and he had scenarios a, b, and C (my offer to pay a ticket but no criminal offense). Final result... Case thrown out of court! This Attorney sets a new standard... And he is "Not too busy" to follow up.

My husband was referred to this attorney by someone we know. His rates are way overpriced for the services he provided. My husband rarely was able to speak with him and he misled my husband to believe that he was in the Florida Diversion program when he was not. I had tp finally reach out to the Flor...ida Diversion program and get this process rolling. The only work he did was file my husband's plea and contacted the states attorney by email a couple of times for 2200.00. This is not acceptable and a compliant will be filed to the Florida Bar Association for excessive fees. My husband's case has now been resolved by the great professionals at the Florida Diversion Program. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!

Do not hire this attorney unless you want to pay out money for nothing! He cost me an arm and a leg to represent my son for sentencing. I could have saved the thousands of dollars because the outcome of the sentencing was the same as if we had no lawyer. He is horrible when it comes to communicati...on! He will not return calls!
