I am very concerned about the increasing aggression for warrantless searches against citizens shown by law enforcement that I see in my practice. It appears that many of them do not even care about the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, and pretend that front doors to homes do not mean anything. They even make traffic stops for no other purpose but to search "suspicious" vehicles.
We defense attorneys need to be zealous about defending the Fourth Amendment rights that belong to ALL of us-- they are a precious heritage from our Founding Fathers!

Would recommend to others
Mr. Averbuck represented me in a civil matter with a neighbor and with animal control at the same time. He got the most serious charge of being labeled a vicious dog dropped and my other case had a greatly reduced fine. I would definitely hire Mr. Averbuck agan.

Mr. Averbuck questioned the 3 people who were testifying against me. He cross examined them carefully and tactfully,...
