Philip Averbuck

I consider myself fortunate to have picked Mr. Philip Averbuck to represent me. I received a reckless driving ticket in Florida earlier this year. Mr. Averbuck, explained what he could do and delivered more than I had expected. Because Mr. Averbuck knew the law inside and out, what other lawyers I ...talked with did not think of, he was able to get my ticket dismissed. I retianed Attorney Averbuck for a charge of failing to notify of change of address in 30 days( I got stopped while moving from one home to another)! I offered for Atty. Averbuck to negotiate a payment of ticket with no misdemeanor on my record. He said "You are not wrong.. I appreciate the offer.....But, I will fight this" He did his homework (really spent time on the case). Told me his strategy and he had scenarios a, b, and C (my offer to pay a ticket but no criminal offense). Final result... Case thrown out of court! This Attorney sets a new standard...
