I had false charges of Assault with a deadly weapon w/o intent I was thrown in jail and came out alone and scared I needed help !!! From the second I talk to his assistant Jo to today when all my charges were dropped . Mr Averbuck was thorough ,smart and quickly worked in my defense they were ALWAYS ...available if I had questions . He is very caring and has an amazing down to earth personality quick witted and funny ,however do not mess with him in the courtroom !!!! Mr. Averbuck met with us the same day we called. Our daughter had violated her probation due to no fault of her own. She was facing 8 months of jail time after successfully completing 10 months of her 18 months on probation. She would have lost a job she loved after working there for almost a year. T...his would have created a tremendous hardship on her and us. Mr Averbuck did a fantastic job! He was able get her out of jail and back to completing the remainder of her probation. As a result, she was able to keep her job! She is doing well. Thank you Mr. Averbuck and your wonderful assistant!

Mr Averbuck was absolutely fantastic .... worked very hard on my DUI. .. he was able to get the charges dropped down to a Wreck less Driving after 6 months of appearing in court for me... I live out of the county over 2 hrs away and he appeared for me and kept me up to date with everything. . He alwa...ys returned my calls and kept me calm during my crisis. .. he never made me feel like a criminal and I appreciate that. .. if you are looking for an amazing lawyer that will work hard and have your best interest at heart, go with Mr Averbuck. .. Also his receptionist is so friendly and helpful so she is great too!
