My husband was referred to this attorney by someone we know. His rates are way overpriced for the services he provided. My husband rarely was able to speak with him and he misled my husband to believe that he was in the Florida Diversion program when he was not. I had tp finally reach out to the Flor...ida Diversion program and get this process rolling. The only work he did was file my husband's plea and contacted the states attorney by email a couple of times for 2200.00. This is not acceptable and a compliant will be filed to the Florida Bar Association for excessive fees. My husband's case has now been resolved by the great professionals at the Florida Diversion Program. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!

After consulting with numerous attorneys I called Mr. Averbuck's office and had a consult with him and there was no need look any further. Yes, Mr. Averbuck was a bit more money than other attorneys in the area but you really do get what you pay for and we hired him. This is what I can say my husban...d who violated his probation received less punishment with Mr. Averbucks representation and the other guy arrested with no criminal record who was arrested with my husband is still waiting for resolution.
