On the 11th of April I had gotten in a car accident and after hearing how hard it can be finding a personal injury attorney I went off a recommendation. This decision turned out to be one of the best my husband and I could have ever made. Julia not only turned out to be an extremely competent attor...ney but also wonderful at articulating to us all the many question we had and explaining the process step by step. Wasnt long when we realized that every step of the way she was doing everything right and ultimately had our best interests in mind the entire time. Her knowledge, patience, connections and know how finally allowed us the peace of mind we needed to relax and feel comfortable at time filled with various worries. At the end of it all I can say she, hands down, was furiously perfect in everyway. Not only fought for us but was able to get us a level of satisfaction we didn't even think possible. I was hit by a Florida driver on my passenger side door during the later part of 2016. Thankfully, both parties survived the accident. My car was totaled, but fortunately I am still alive to write this review. I suffered a herniation in my lower back as a result of being hit by the other driver. Duri...ng the shaken frenzy that typically follows being in a car accident, I called my financial manager and he referred me to the Dolman Law Group for assistance in filing a lawsuit. On my first meeting with the firm, I met with Matthew Dolman and Alexander Knapp. I have never been through a personal injury case before, but Matt and Alex explained the process and put me at ease. Let me say here that the thing that stood out to me during this process was that I felt like this firm was committed to doing things the right way. The Dolman team handled all of the administrative functions of my case on thereby making things very easy for me in the process. Early in the process they provided recommendations for doctor visits, and even checked on me at times to see how I was doing physically. Additionally, I did receive information updates, and check-in calls from Zahira ('Z' for short) to keep me abreast of the situation surrounding the case. The visits to the Dolman office were made very pleasant by their staff, and working with Z and Brittney was awesome! Over time, I was made aware that Julia Dolman (at the time her last name was McGrath) would be handling my case. I met with Julia for the first time to discuss some details of the case and to prepare for the deposition. Julia let me know that due to some prior pain history that I had from previously, that we should temper expected outcomes from the case going into the deposition. However, I felt that Julia had a command of my case, and a strategy of approach as we talked through the details. Julia was always ready to answer any questions I had whether in person or by phone. She was professional in her demeanor, very personable, and let me know that she cared about me and my outcome. A lot of the work that Julia did was behind the scenes prep work for the case, but she was always very informed about the details of the case. During the final mediation is where I had the opportunity to really see Julia perform as an attorney! Julia presented the case to the mediator in a way that was very succinct, engaging, and polite. Also, Julia and I had an awesome mediator that really took the process seriously, and looked at all of the details of the case very closely. Julia did an amazing job negotiating our position based on the costs associated with the case. At the end of mediation, Julia and I were very pleased with the outcome, even surprised! Having had prior history of pain on my part, what Julia was able to accomplish during the mediation process was simply outstanding! Furthermore, Julia also did an amazing job working with the doctors involved in my case as well. The Dolman Team is so successful in their industry because they seem to operate with integrity in dealing with their clients. Also they have great relationships in their field which is very important and extremely beneficial for their clients. As their client, I would expect that others will benefit from their knowledge and years of experience in the personal injury field. My attorney, Julia was a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring person from start to finish. I hope that the entire Dolman Team continues to provide honest and integrity filled service to clients for many more years to come as that is the reason I would do business with this firm again if the need ever arises. After my auto accident in August of 2016 I have the fortune to locate and secure the services of the Dolman Group...Julia in particular! What started out as an awful experience with neck injuries and lots of pain and uncertainties, turned into a clear and concise path for me to follow.
