Richard M. Blackwell has a varied and extensive experience in law. Returning home to Central Kansas in 1980, Richard started a general practice law firm in Salina. His early general practice experiences exposed him to a variety of clients and practice areas, including criminal, family, and civil. He has litigated and represented hundreds of clients in nearly all aspects of the law.
Over the past 34 plus years, Richard has continued to represent a variety of clients in all areas of law. Gradually though, he has focus his talents on civil litigation, while also developing into one of the area’s most prominent criminal defense attorneys.
