She is Compassionate and Brilliant

Jenna took on my case from another attorney who, I felt did not have my best interest at heart. My charge was not serious, however, my past made my situation a difficult one to manage. From our first conversation, Jenna put me at complete ease. I knew I had someone who would stand up for me. 1st. Sh...e was straight up and honest with from the start. 2nd. She treated me as a person and not just another case. She took the time to understand my situation and to take a close look at the evidence. She also took time to read the letters and emails she received from people showing me support. He goal was to keep me free to be with my family. She was prepared to fight at trial, but in the end got a favorable outcome to my case. She is honest, pays attention to detail, and she knows her stuff. She is the G.O.A T. My family and I think her for saving me. If you need a great attorney to go into battle with, call Jenna.

Second to none.

Hands down, one of the best attorneys in the state. She has a healthy rapport with prosecutors and will go above and beyond to make sure she is familiar with the facts of your case. If a plea arrangement can't be arranged, she is not afraid to aggressively defend you at trial. Jenna is knowledgeable..., personable and very responsive; when matters are urgent, she will reply to emails and phone calls after hours. When I was charged, she convinced prosecutors to do it as a direct file, no warrant was issued and I never spent one minute in booking. She was also successful in getting my probation terminated early, after conditions were satisfied. This was not my first charge and not the first time hiring private counsel. This was the first time however, my attorney was just as concerned about my best interest as I was. Thank you, Jenna.

Highly recommended attorney!!

Jenna Finkelstein is a very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and caring attorney dedicated to take time to find the best plan to get the most desired results from your case! She helped me weigh my options and made sure I understood all of the details of my options. You are treated as a person and not... just a client. All of my questions were answered I was always aware of what was going on and in the end we got the best possible outcome!! I highly recommend Jenna Finkelstein.
