My attorney Dennis Palso helped me win a workman’s compensation case in 2008-2009 and also helped me in getting SSDI benefits. SSDI can be take very long and be very arduous. My case for SSDI was exactly that, it started in May of 2011 and was finally given a favorable decision in August of 2014. A diamond in the rough

I never hire an attorney based off of advertisement, those lawyers are always about turnover and are never personalized with you. Dennis and Michelle came very highly recommended, and I also did my homework and was pleased with what I found. Dennis and Michelle are very accessible and always returned my phone calls or e mails very promptly and ALWAYS kept me up to date on my case. Look no more......You found your guy

I had the pleasure of working with Dennis on my workers comp case. His office staff and himself were a pleasure to work with. Every time I had a question Dennis or Michelle were right there to help me, they always took the time to explain things to me. I was surprised at how updated I was on my case, he kept me informed of everything that was happening, even gave me updates when he was objecting to something. Dennis fought hard to make sure that I got every benefit that I was owed and I was very pleased with the outcome. Won SS Disability, happy client

Mr Palso won my case! I have used two other Social Security Disability lawyers with unsuccessful results. Mr Palso and Michelle were professional, accommodating and attentive to my needs. My calls were quickly returned, sometimes the same day. They never lost patience with me and took time to carefully prep me for my hearing. I was most impressed with the thorough, accurate, detailed, professional briefs he presented to the court. Infact, Mr Palso's brief was so well written that the Judge called the day before my hearing stating that he had all the documentation needed to make a positive decision. Excellent legal services

lucky to have as a lawer

My case took over 4 years. Dennis and his team are great, they kept me well inform of the case. anytime I had a question or concern they answered promptly, could not of pick a better team. workers comp is complicated and then you add the insurance company you do need a lawyer and Dennis is the best

Very Knowledgeable and Dependable - I Highly Recommend Dennis for WC Cases!

Dennis is very knowledgeable with Workers Comp cases. He knew how far we could go with mediation and what would be required if we needed to go to trial. We settled favorably without having to go through a grueling trial and I felt fully justified, relieved and happy with my settlement. One of his staff always answered the phone when I called his office and replies were always received in a timely manner when I emailed. I highly recommend his services and his rates are competitive.

Worker's Comp

When I was injured at work, I hesitated to hire an attorney, because I believed the system would rapidly diagnose and treat my injury. I did not seek legal representation until 8 months of delays. One thing you should know is that Worker's Comp does not favor the injured worker. I would highly recommend Dennis and his staff. They walked me through each step of my case, answering all of my questions until the case was resolved. I truly feel that Dennis, Amber, and Michelle care about their clients.

Worth the hour drive

I had the consultation this morning. Even though I won't be continuing the process to get workers compensation approved (at the moment), I will go back to his office in the future if needed. Dennis and Amber were very patient and provided so much informatiion. Being told how the process works, given facts, and the options recommended was a lot to process, but it assured me that I was being taken seriously.
