These big wig attorneys only see money rather than the people they take oaths to help but rarely go that extra mile and when I think of the term (am I my brothers keeper) it means so much to have someone care someone who will say I've got you and your not alone let me take the weight mr.lee is heaven sent no questions asked he's were his is because of God to allow him to make a difference to show compassion and empathy for the tired and weak the old and disabled

I have worked with Mark Lee during the past two years appealing a SSI ruling. During this time he consulted with me both in person and by phone many times. Every commitment Mark made was kept. It took a lot of time to navigate the appeals process and Mark provided counseling each step of the way. Always preparing me for what to expect, what outcomes were possible and what his role would be. I have recommended him already and plan to do so as much as I can in the future.

I am compelled to write a review on the Christopher J Smith law firm and in particular about Mark Lee. I contacted the firm to assist me with filing a Social Security disability claim. I made an appointment and met with Mark Lee. He was able to answer all of my questions in a very simple and easy to understand way. This was greatly appreciated not having any knowledge of the process. Mark recommended that I have a functionality study of my ability of movement or should I say my lack of. This was the best tip he could have given me and I feel that it was the turning point in my case. On the first go around my case was denied. They did this without the benefit of the functionality report. Mark filed the appeal for me and made sure that the case worker had all the documentation needed to make the right decision on my case with several personal phone calls and inquires. (Above and beyond the call of duty) It was approved within the next month. Without Mark staying on top of the process another denial may have been made. The other thing I would like to point out is his communication with me. Any email I would send him or phone call I would make to him was responded to in a very timely fashion. Coming from the corporate world I have learned over the years that there is nothing more important than communication and stellar communication is what I received from Mark and I appreciated that more than anything else except of course receiving the approval of my case. I pray that I never need the assistance of a law firm in the future but if I do my first call would be to Mark for his outstanding guidance. If asked by any friend or family member for a recommendation for legal advice I would give them Mark’s number in a second. If you need legal advice Mark is your guy. Thanks Mark.

I consulted with Mark numerous times and he was unable to take my case. However, he did in fact spend much time explaining how to handle things what I could expect Hus work ethics impressed me the most for he could have to me sorry—-as many attorneys do He’s kind patient and he has great experience as well as Professionalism I would recommend him to everyone and any who is looking for assistance I’m very grateful I found him
