Peter graduated from the University of Florida and earned a Doctor of Juris Prudence from Loyola University in 1989. He is a member of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
During the first few years of his career, Mr. Catania worked as a defense attorney for insurance companies and their insured. This early experience gave him insights into the strategies insurance providers use to minimize the value of injury claims and deflect blame to other parties.
He now uses this insight to advocate for accident victims. Peter and the Tampa personal injury lawyers at Catania & Catania believe that victims should not have to bear the financial burdens from injuries caused by another’s negligence.

Phenomenal work
