I hired Matt Weidner to defend my home in a foreclosure case AND because of his excellent reputation. I followed Matt's blog for years. One article he wrote was to defend your home, as opposed to just handing it over to the bank. And another article was "how to win" which uses Demand for Discovery....

Probate made a lot simpler
Mr. Weidner and his team recently helped me with my mother's probate. This was a painful time for me, but I was able to not have to worry about her estate because of Mr. Weidner.
