I have been representing the injured and disabled throughout West Central Florida for over 35 years since graduating with a juris doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law. I represent the injured and disabled and never insurance companies.

I am a member of various legal bar groups, including the Florida Justice Association (workers' compensation section); the Florida Bar (workers' compensation section); the American Association for Justice; the national Workplace Injury Law & Advocacy Group; and am a founding member and director of Florida Workers' Advocates, a Florida statewide organization of lawyers who represent injured am board certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in workers' compensation law, a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of Florida lawyers. The BEST! Workmans Comp and SSDI Lawyer.
