The story of the American Dream Law Office PLLC starts with the dream of a young Lebanese man coming to the United States to become an attorney. This young man persevered against long odds. He attended Stetson University and received the best education one could receive. In 2011, he became a member of the Florida Bar, opening the door to helping immigrants like himself achieve their lifelong dreams of becoming Americans. That young man experienced what it is like to be away from his family. The young man’s name was Ahmad Yakzan, our firm’s founder.
Our firm does one thing and one thing only: helping you achieve the American Dream. We will help you come to the United States to invest your hard-earned money, helping you remain in the United States with your family if you are in removal proceedings, or apply for your lawful permanent residence to make the United States your home. Attorney Ahmad Yakzan has also helped numerous individuals apply for asylum in the United States, where they will be secure from any form of persecution. Attorney Ahmad Yakzan is also proud to have represented several abused spouses gain their permanent residence through self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

He has also been a panel member during the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Central Florida Chapters 28th Annual Conference in Clearwater, Florida. Best Lawyer ever!!

Knowledgeable and Fast
I hired Mr. Yakzan to assist us with obtaining a green card for my spouse, who is from the UK. He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. His costs were reasonable, and we ended up getting everything done much faster than we had anticipated!
