THE VERY BEST!

Honestly, I don't know why this rating is only 6.3. This Lawyer knows what to do and cares about his clients. Prompt, Professional, Attentive, Courteous, Fair, Honest are only a few of the words that describe Mr. Podolsky and yes, effective and efficient! I recommend him to anyone who has any lega...l issue. Go to him first and save yourself. Get your Life Back!!

Excellent legal representation against a large corporate marketing firm who was trying to take advantage of me

Mr. Podolsky was able to quickly draft a legal letter after a 10 minute consultation that completely got rid of my headache with one of the largest stock photo sellers in the world. Because of a simple error made when purchasing stock photos, the company wanted to charge me $2500 for the use of thre...e stock photos that only cost $150 Total. Mr. Podolsky's knowledge of those laws made that company not even respond to his letter. It's been more than a year since we heard anything from that company because of Mr. Podolsky's letter. I appreciate his help and will consult him again should I need any legal help.
